Rolling Mill # 2 (Shown in images to the right) is a 48,000 sq. ft. enclosed building with a 4 roller Bertsch Model 36.
Sufficient capacity of cold rolling 10 feet long cans from 3” thick plate to smallest internal diameter of 44” and it is capable to roll up to 5” thick plate for larger diameter (up to 222”), depending on the grade of materials.
Mill operation is supported by a flame planer cutting machine with four torches, automatic submerge arc AC/DC welding stations, beveling machines with two torches each, a re-rounder, 3 - 20 ton overhead cranes, and a rail spur.
Piling rack with submerged arc welding stations capable of producing tubular in normal lengths up to 450 feet in length with possible adjustment to longer lengths.
