Twin Brothers provides bridge piling supports, structural beams, decks, and girders. Twin Brothers has provided interliner pipe and access pipe for municipal water supply facilities. Twin Brothers is well positioned to provide staging area for larger, high-level projects at Twin Brothers’ fabrication yard in Port of West St. Mary, St. Louisa, Louisiana. Our AISC certification attests to our dedication to quality and commitment to setting the bar.

Project Experience

• Four-pile Support Structure
  Project type: Four-pile support structure. Location: Gulf of Mexico. Scope of work: Fabrication included jacket, piles, deck and helideck, totaling 3,023 tons. The final projects were delivered to the client via vessel.
• Suspension Bridge
  Project type: Suspension Bridge. Location: San Francisco. Scope of work: Monopiles weighing 5,500 tons for suspension bridge infrastructure transported by barge to build site.
• West Branch Bypass Tunnel for City Water Supply (Year 2017)
  Project type: Interliner Pipe and Access Pipe. Location: New York. Scope of work: Provision of 230 interliner pipes each being 16’ x 40’ long (total 10,000 tons). Challenges: No significant challenges. Delivery time: 12 months.
