Twin Brothers Marine, a leader in heavy steel fabrication for the oil & gas, infrastructure and renewables industries, has appointed Wilson Ferguson III as director of human resources (HR).
Ferguson will develop corporate HR plans, oversee HR initiatives, manage HR staff, and ensure all legal compliance and implementation of employment laws and regulations. He will be based in Louisiana.

Ferguson has experience in business administration, corporate communications and crisis management gained in a variety of fields including healthcare, real estate, technology, and sales. He is an alumnus of McNeese State University in Louisiana. He holds bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and mass communications, as well as a master’s degree in science.
