Plate Rolling

Three rolling mills with more than 60,000 sf

Twin Brothers has three rolling mills with more than 60,000 sf of enclosed large plate blending, rolling and assembly space, dedicated to the manufacturing of large diameter (28″ to 222″), heavy wall (3/8″ to 5″) rolled and welded tubular using double submerged arc welding process, (DSAW). Forming capacities are dependent upon the diameter, steel grade and length, as well as wall thickness.

The mills are capable of cold rolling typical steel materials such as ASTM A-36 or similar having yield 36 KSI, API 2H Gr. 50, ASTM A633 Gr. C or similar having yield 50 KSI, API 2Y, API 2W, ASTM A709 Gr. 70W or similar having 60 – 100 KSI.
