Project type: Cargo tanks. Scope of work: Fabrication of ASME VIII Div. 1 coded 1,400 ton tanks, heat treated in PWHT furnace and transport
- Suspension Bridge
Project type: Suspension Bridge. Location: San Francisco. Scope of work: Monopiles weighing 5,500 tons for suspension bridge infrastructure transported by barge to build site.
- Hurricane Support Structures
Project type: Hurricane support structures. Location: Delivery to Gulf of Mexico. Scope of work: Monopiles and Pins weighing 900 tons fabricated and transported by vessel to destination.
- Crude Oil Degassing Boot Modification
Project type: Crude Oil Degassing Boot Modification. Scope of work: Fabrication of vortex cluster tube and buckets weighing 40 tons and transported by truck.
- PLET Suction Piles
Project type: PLET Suction Piles. Location: Gulf of Mexico delivery. Scope of work: Seven pieces weighing a total of 700 tons. Transported by barge to final destination.
- West Branch Bypass Tunnel for City Water Supply (Year 2017)
Project type: Interliner Pipe and Access Pipe. Location: New York. Scope of work: Provision of 230 interliner pipes each being 16’ x 40’ long (total 10,000 tons). Challenges: No significant challenges. Delivery time: 12 months.
- Cargo Tanks for LPG Transportation Barge
Project type: Oil and gas marine transportation. Location: U.S. inland and offshore waterways. Scope of work: Fabrication of four cargo tanks each being 17 feet diameter by 203 feet in length. Each tank weighed 350 tons. Challenges faced: Complex load out plan requiring multiple cranes. Delivery time: 12 months fabrication time.
- Turret Suction Piles for FPSO (Year 2015)
Project type: Oil and Gas suction pile fabrication. Location: U.S. Gulf of Mexico. Scope of work: Fabrication of 10 20 foot in diameter suction piles by 93.5 feet long weighing 275 tons each. Challenges: No major challenges and we easily adapted to diameter of piles. Delivery time: 12 months fabrication time.
- Mooring Suction Piles (Year 2013)
Project type: Oil and Gas suction pile fabrication. Location: U.S. Gulf of Mexico. Scope of work: Fabrication of 10 18 foot in diameter suction piles by 112 feet long weighing 265 tons each. Challenges faced: Length and weight caused challenges with final loadout execution. Delivery time: About 12 months fabrication time.
